It's just a SOP problem, only two reasons. Not a big deal at all. Needs a detailed study plan explanation and also regarding prospects.

Hello, Yeah I have deferred my session to Fall, 21. Yes I've ordered GCMS notes.

Change college and course and apply for GCMS notes so to the exact reason for refusal. Don't dare to apply before that else surely reject again.

I changed my college and course my new college is LaSalle college montreal and course is operation and production management I ordered gcms notes on 4 th january and stil waiting
