I brother has got a refusal letter from cic london, cic declared the following objection.

1. He does not have Arrangement letter
2. He cannot provide the satisfactory evidence


Please tell us is there any chance to appeal if yes then where should we send this appeal and how should we proceed this appeal.

Please share if someone has any formate of such appeal.

Dear Sameer. Thanks for your reply.

I mentioned in my topic objections which cic has declared that

first, my brother has not arrangement employement letter. but at the time of apply this was not mandatory.

Second, my brother has not prvide the satisfactory evidence but we have provided all expeience letter with same JDs which were required.

Third, Job description was not matched, but in experience lett we have mentioned all required JDs.

Now please advice that is there any chance to appeal if yes then where shoud we submit the same.

If you or your brother feel that the case was strong and there was no problem with JD's, then you can file an appeal to the same visa office within 30 days from the date of letter of refusal.

Or else you can, with the help of a Canadian lawyer, file a case in Fed court of Canada withing 60 days of the date of letter.
