Refusal letter for NOC mismatch

i was refused on march 2012 and after reconsideration they approved my file last week

one of friend got the refusal on the same day of mine but due to JD miss match...
she did reconsideration and her lawyer is very hopeful...

After reconsideration letter of refusal reason of not enough major duties, my status changed from Decision made to RBVO and decision line is removed.
However I have not yet any reply of sent letter one month ago.

your online status is changed now without getting any reply on reconsideration...?

i got approval email from CHC London on 13-jun-2012

Sorry to hear about your rejection. It is almost impossible to make them change their mind now that they want to reduce backlog by any which way!

Please look through Manitoba Provincial Nominee. It is very good and reliable.

If you stick to the fact that you want your case reconsidered, friend, it will take time and money and at the end of it all they may still stick to their gun. It is pianful though, but .......just take heart and move on.

you will be advised of the next processing steps by post or by email addresses provided in the application.

I am a physiotherapist. I applied in May 2010. Last week I also received refusal letter stating that your duties do not match with NOC. I am still astonished to read this reason of refusal. My experience letter and contract of job both have exactly the same duties as described on the NOC list.
I am pretty sure that visa officer did not paid any attention to his work.
Now I am not sure what to do for this situation. I dont know how to request for the review to visa officer. Can any body tell me its procedure.

You have two option

Write them a letter along with the supporting documents

Other is you can do appeal to federal court ....

In your case its better consult with good lawyer

I got verification letters from university where it was clearly mentioned duration of my studies

Thanks a lot friend for helping. Please one other question about reconsideration. I am from Pakistan but my case is processed at London office. Should I send letter to visa office and secondly can I add further documents to support that reconsideration letter...
