Refusal Leter-what Now??

WHAT? What do they even mean when they say evidence of the actions and duties performed? How does one give them evidence of that? Sorry to hear about this. This is insane.

For my letter of reference (because my former boss was lazy), he included my title, start date, salary and "Full time" & indicated the HR description of my job was attached in the letter. The 2-page HR description was attached. If you can get a copy of your job description from your human resource/hiring department, I would suggest this route.

I'm sorry, what route? You mean attaching evidence in the form T4s, NOAs, etc? I have attached only me Record of Employment from Service Canada as I had to quit that job.

I answered NO, it asked if half the course was in english or french as a second language.So I answered NO
