Refusal grounds

Hi everyone my husband got refused last August 19 with three refusal grounds but the two are already addressed only this one ground that we did not address yet. Would like to ask, what are the possible reasons for this? " The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent for the temporary stay given the details you have provide in your application"

I would really appreciate your thoughts on this one refusal ground.

Order GCMS notes to know the reason. IRCC may not belieive that your husband is a genuine student (trying to immigrate) so could be program doesn’t exand on education or provide better career opportunities (higher pay), ties to home country, funds etc. It is the catch-all phrase.
