Refusal for tourist visa

I am a Nepali working woman,working in India. I had applied for tourist Visa. This was my fist visa application for visiting Canada.I had applied with all necessary documentation.
But it was rejected on the ground for not visiting any country.
Kindly advice for re application .

you posted in the refugee and asylum section, was that a mistake or were you planning on applying for asylum once you arrived.

What evidence did you show that you must return back from Canada. Are you married or have any kids? Did you show enough income to support your visit? What was the purpose of your visit to Canada? Did you state what you intend to do while here?
