Thanks. But my issue is totally different from yours.

As much as i know If you applied via IRCC portal the biometric letter will be generated whithin 24 hour.
You should selected you do not have a valid biometrocs when answerin questions in portal. Recheck your application, and what you declarrd in the application about any previous valid biometrics.
