I applied for study visa in CNC college prince george in Human resourse management diploma for 1 year. and i have done b.com with 62 % marks in 2012 and pgdca with 68 % marks in 2013 after that i was taking coachin from IBS institute for bank exams till date.got refusal reason visa rejection as a statements proposed program is not reasonable in light of past study , academic score, language abilities.low english language scores in previous studies proposed program is not reasonable in past studies ,academic scores .Now I have applied again in Quebec in la salle college for 3 year course of ACCOUNTING AND MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY. so i pls make exact statement that need to clarify it ...
