Hi..I have paid my tuition fees of 1000 cad to Sask Polytechnic college which is non refundable but now I got admission in different college and I'm no longer interested to study in sask Polytechnic..

You need to look at the fee refund policies for Sask Polytechnic college. If the $1K is non-refundable, then it sounds like you cannot get this money back.

This is my second course in Canada and they can only refund if visa gets rejected..please let me know if there are any other alternative options to get my fees back

You need to talk to the school and ask if they will make an exception. They are under no obligation to refund your money so most likely you will not get a refund. However it's certainly worth asking them.

Generally schools follow their policies very strictly and will only refund if you meet the conditions for the refund.
