Refund process of money order

I have applied Canada visitor visa for me and my husband. have send the money order to Boston location and now they are asking for Copy of money order which I have already sent to Boston location.i have also submitted the receipt of money order but they are not considering as a proof of payment.

As I don't have Copy of sent money Order and asking for new money Order. Is there any process of refund for previous submitted Money Order?

1. There is no Visa Processing centre in Boston, Canada only has VACs in New York and Los Angeles, so I have no idea who you sent your money to.

I believe the OP is referring to the VAC fee payment sent to the Boston lockbox:
