I am facing problem in filling up online form of wire transfer from Concordia university. In India my account is in ICICI Bank and when I went to bank for IBAN, Sort Code, Intermediary bank details etc then they told me that they don't have any such details. I am unable to move to the next step without filling these details. So please help me how can I get refund from Concordia via wire transfer.
