hello peeps!i have another question.do i get a refund of my processing fee which is CAD1,250 that i paid to CIO using my credit card if ever my local embassy does'nt find me eligible for fsw after submitting full docs? thanks again.

No, they process the application, you are not eligible no refund.

Final determination of eligibility

Upon receipt of your application or the expiry of the 120 day deadline, a visa officer will make a final determination of eligibility for processing based on the information on file.
If your application does not qualify for processing under the Ministerial Instructions, you will be sent a letter that:
•
provides details on the reason why your application is not eligible for processing, and
•
confirms that a refund for the processing fee will be issued.

ok thanks so much.so if they process it then deny my application i wont be given a refund. i have a follow up question if ever i get denied from my local embassy after it is processed can i re apply again? thanks so much!

They will reject you for a reason. (Lets say points less than 67). You can reapply after you have rectified that reason.
