Refund from college or university

Hello everyone
I joined icm (Winnipeg) manitoba in may intake 2016.
I completed 3 semister in this institute. And paid fee in advance for 4 th semister‚ but unfortunately i plan for other college (fanshawec college) in may intake and i got admission and paid fee there.
I want refund from icm .
Icm can not ready for refund .
What can i do?

Do not think anyone on the forum can advise how to get a refund that is a discussion between you and the college although seems doubtful they will give a refund for a change of mind. You need to follow through with college directly although does not sound hopeful in getting any refund.
