If you want to travel to Canada and claim refugee status here, you will need to apply for a TRV (tourist visa). If you can get an approved TRV, you will then need to fly to Canada and claim refugee status in Canada once you arrive here.
To get a TRV approved, you must show that you have tied to your home country (e.g. employment, property) and that you have enough money to pay for your trip to Canada. If you are currently homeless, then unfortunately the chances of a TRV being approved are extremely low.
