Hi guys, I have applied for a travel document on July 5 2022, unfortunately I have not been able to receive my travel document despite the reason of urgent travel.
I sent my first webform on august 11 2022 and got reply on august 16 2022 which stated “ We verified the information you provided. In order to request urgent processing, we require further information” I then submitted the webform as required.
On august 19 I received an email which stated that “
We have forwarded your request for the urgent processing of your application to the responsible office.

We cannot guarantee that your urgent request will be accepted, the responsible office will contact you to assess the situation.”

It took a while with no other response from IRCC so I decided to sent another webform to ask for my application status on September 2022.
I then, received another email from IRCC on September 5 2022, which stated
“ We have verified the information you provided and can confirm that the agent who responded to you on August 19, 2022, took the appropriate actions to follow up on your request.”

From September 2022 there was no another email from IRCC until December 2022 when I decided to send a reminder for my application status. Which then I received another email which stated

We verified the information you provided and are pleased toinform you that everything appears to be in order with your application.

Has anyone has faced similar situation as mine because an officer mentioned everything appears to be in order with your application! I don’t know what to do next!
