Pretty sure the answer is yes. Would double check with the embassy but you’ll need to apply for a visa. If you are working and have savings that will help your application but there are never any guarantees.

I would wait till I have my Canadian PR because Australia is strict country in regard of issuing visas. If you already has PR than you can try...
