refugee travel document? visa-free countries?

Hello all,

There is a list of countries a refugee can travel to visa-free here http://www.coe.int/en/web/conventions/full-list/-/conventions/treaty/031/signatures?p_auth=1zEELG36

but I am just wondering if anybody has tried to go to any other country? either by applying for a visa or with help of another regulation?
