Hello Folks Happy start to a new week.First off i want to say i am impressed at how fast IRCC responds to Webform inquiries on travel documents( less than 30 minutes)
I am a protected person and Applied for RTD via courier and was delivered on Sep 02 2025 when tracked on Canada post.I tried calling today to see if the got the application and i am aware of the processing time(SLA) which is 20 business days.I just wanted to confirm the application has at least been acknowledged.The response to my Webform was
“your application is not available in our system at this time. Your application will be processed according to the date it was received.
Rest assured that you will be notified if additional information is required or if a decision is made.”
Any recent applicant here and whats your timeline like?
