Where are you from? What makes you eligible as a refugee? To become a refugee you either need to leave your home country and be recognized as a refugee by the UNHCR or apply for a TRV to Canada and apply when you arrive.
You also have to be able to prove that your life is at risk and that you have attempted to do things like move to another area of your country. Police reports, hospital records, etc
