Hello,

I got a quick question to ask. My cousin arrived to Canada as a refugee and received his PR. He's been here for about 2 to 3 months now and would like to go back home for about 2 weeks or so as his father is very ill. Is it possible for him to go back home or no? If yes, then what are some ways he can go.

Thank you

No he can not return home without risking his status in Canada. It is called re-availment. He can only return after receiving citizenship.

Only possible once he's a citizen. If he travels there as a PR he will be at risk of having his status revoked.
