Refugee on Airport

1- You can NOT board the plane and land in Canada (for any purpose) without some type of Visa.
2- If you manage to land in a Canadian airport, regardless how, you can Claim Refugee status, If you are eligible they will let you in and start the process of application. No guaratees for the result.
3- If they discover you got rid of PP or IDs on purpose or forged any documents without critical need, you will be in real trouble. Definitely deported and banned and probably jailed. Anyone helping you will be in trouble as well.
4- If you don't have a genuine refugee case with some supporting docs, forget it. Don't waist your time, because they are well trained and experienced to distinguish between real and fake (economic refugees).
5- Finally check the CIC website and you will find the ultimate answers.

Why would the claimant even need to manage to land in a Canadian airport? The claimant can just fly to a 3rd country, barricade oneself and send message through social media (just like the Saudi woman did in Thailand and eventually landed in Canada with the foreign minister by her side).
