what will happen to a person who come to canada with a fake password?
can he or she claim for an asylum or he/she is going to be deported?

As using a fake passport is illegal and a criminal offense, the person may be held in detention and after sentencing found inadmissible and deported.

can you clarify one thing? You say you have NO travel document? No passport? Yes you can go to the police at the airport. you can check this thread for more details:

Without a travel visa/TRV, you won't even be allowed onto the flight to Canada even if it's just transiting.

I've read stories of people throwing away their passport once they board a flight with the full intention of claiming asylum once they land. Not having a passport makes it harder for immigration officials to verify their identities, claims and their stories.
