hi.iam a gay men from an arabic muslim country where beeing gay is not ok .i want to apply for a refugee in toronto .my visa has been refused.what should i do ?

If your visa has been refused, then you can't claim asylum in Canada.

You will need to move outside your home country to a new country, apply for and be recognized as a refugee by an organization like UNHCR, and if successful they will try to find a new country to accept you for placement (may not be Canada).

Stick to your original plan of marrying your Canadian partner and applying for PR that way.
