Reference letters question?

Just to clarify
Only referenc letters ad T4 are needed for the jobs listed in N O,A,B and i belive we dont need these things for anothers jobs on NOC C,D.
Correct me if i am wrong.

Well, CEC only take experience on NOC O, A and B. So other NOC's are immaterial to them.
