Reference Letters query for FSW

hello experts,

Hi,

My company is not giving letter with duties, instead they are giving service letter(with designation and dates),
Can I put the letter on a plain paper in CIC format and Will attach my senior colleague business card, along with company service letter. is it works?
In this case to whom CIC will contact either HR contact from service letter OR my colleague from the business card details.I have only one employer.
Please list the documnets I need to provide in this situation

Yes you can do that. They will most likely contact your colleague.

is it ok to give a reference letter sent by HR via email? It has a signature on it though.

It needs to be on a company letterhead. That's the common expectation.

HR > Colleague

Why do you need a Colleague's attestation when you already have HR's ?
