Reference Letters for Spouse Work Experience

Hi Guys,

I have received PT interest from Ontario and am going ahead with OINP application which means that I will be assessed against both Human Capital Priorities Stream and FSWP.

While creating my EE profile, I had entered my spouse work experience details as well. I have shown 5+ years of experience for her in my EE profile. I have gone through the OINP application guide to make a document checklist. It is nowhere mentioned in the guide that work reference letters for spouse is also required.

In this case shall I get reference letters for her. Can anyone please advice.

Reference letter for spouse is not mandatory. While it is not required during your PR application, having a reference letter might help in finding jobs in Canada.
