Reference letters and work experience issues

Hello everyone,

Firstly, will a reference letter that has just 2 or 3 listings of duties and responsibilities be acceptable to IRCC for FSW considering that those positions are internships?

Secondly, I worked alone full time for a rich man who out of good order, gave me an employment letter with all terms and conditions in it. It was a paid work and the letter contains all the information required by IRCC except contact details. He also used an hypothetical company name on the letter and he signed the letter. Will this letter be acceptable to IRCC as proof of work experience for FSW?

It might not work without contact details ( phone number, address, email). You need some concrete evidence to prove your work experience and for them to verify.
