My boss would not write a reference letter for me. My department is very small with just two other colleagues, who I do not know very well and in ll probability would not be of much help for reference letter. If they get to know I would be asked to leave. And I do not want to be in that situation. Does anyone have any experience where they got through by providing other documents like pay stubs, joining letter, etc.? Please help urgently.

If your boss/HR will not write reference letter for you, consider adding 3 months of extra processing on your application. All applicants who provide self signed reference letters have to go through "Review Required".

Better request HR / BOSS / someone to give you reference letter on company letterhead.

If I send to HR they would contact my boss only, as told by them. They do not write such letters.
is that the only job you've had? do you have other work experiene? if you dont need it for points just skip it and get reference letters from other places
