Hi,
I submitted a reference letter from my supervisor for my foreign work experience. It was dated back in 2017 late July when I first applied to come to Canada as a foreign worker. It has all the details including salary, job duties, period of work and my achievements during my work. However, he didn't mention the number of working hours/week. I requested him in 2019 to include that when I applied for PR but he never replied. Therefore, I included a letter from the University where I worked which mentions my working hours.
My questions are:
1) I left the university in September 2017, but the letter is from 2017 July. Would that be a big issue? I know the letter should be post leaving the organization, but my supervisor never responded in 2019. He has left the university now, maybe that's the reason he is refraining from giving me the letter as he doesn't have access to the letter head.
2) My university gave me a letter stating the working hours in March 2019 with both the starting and end date. Would that be sufficient to prove my working hours? It's on the letter head and signed by HR.
