Reference letter

Hello guys,
I'm working at a company called XTech, this company has a partner company called YTech located in a different location outside my country (so these 2 companies have different addresses).
My supervisor works at the partner company (YTech) outside my country and he wrotes my reference letter.

Is it a problem that the contact information of my supervisor is outside my country and his email domain is different from my company's domain?

Example:
This is to certify that Jhony has been working at XTech, Paris since 2 years and his duties are...

As long as your supervisor can explain how someone from another country and company ends up supervising you, it could work.
