I have claimed only 1 year experience from Employer A while stetting up Profile . now i got an ITA, now my employer A mentioned full 2 years of experience in reference letter along with job duties. did this create any issues in my PR application?

any reply will be appreciated

No it won't create any issues. You can make changes to employment and education post ITA as long as your score does not drop lower than the cut off score of your draw.

I don't think the issue here @prpurohit is about changes Post ITA. It's the discrepancy between the reference letter and the claimed work experience.
If I were you @reddog , I would try to get a reference letter that matches the information on EE profile.
These case agents, it seems that anything can tip them off...

Thank you for your suggestion. Now my employer said they can not issues like that as I worked for 2 years. @Peacekeeper87 any other suggestion?

If you have worked in a company for 2 years, why are you claiming only 1 year experience of that????

By the way, you can not do that.

If you've worked in the company for one year, reference needs to state just that! Not two year, not three years... One year.

@Peacekeeper87 Thank you very much. I haven't submitted eAPR yet. probably will do soon. by adding another year I will get 2 more CRS points As I will fall in to 4 to 5 years bucket. can you explain what do you mean by "will lose 2 points on the 67/100 eligibility scale"?

You have nothing to worry about.
@Peacekeeper87 thinks you are claiming two years when you have just 1 year experience but your case is the reverse. So you're good.

The exact opposite. I told him that he needs to have a reference letter that shows 1 year of experience, because he only has 1 year of XP.
Claiming 1 year instead of 2 years makes him lose 2 FSW points on the eligibility scale. That's why it was important to point it out.

Do know that you are adding new important and relevant information here! Because now you say it's 4-5 years, as opposed to 1 year at first.
Let's clear the air. How many years of experience are you claiming?

He/She has two years experience at that particular company but claimed one year in their express entry profile.

I re-read his first post! You're right my bad. I switched it around.
I'll delete that post to avoid confusion.

@reddog , how many years of work XP?
Do you have reference letters for each job amounting up to the 4-5 years you want to claim?
