The immigration website mentions the following:

A reference or experience letter from the employer, which
- should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
- should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits

My query:

I was working with Accenture till 2015 after which I went ahead with pursuing my further studies. While my relieving letter does have details about my joining date, my last date along with my last held designation, some details like duties, the number of hours per week along with the salary are not in the letter.
I haven't contacted the company yet, but I am not sure if such details would be provided on the company letterhead. They usually have a standard format letter that they send when someone quits.

Has anyone got their ex-employer to mention these details on the official letterhead??

Well accenture is a big company and i know a few collegues of my from India who got references to immigrate with all the above details, however, it may depend on local office / personal attiude of the HR manager. However, as I said I've live example of my colleague from Accenture in Pune who got this letter.

I had 4 different employers in US and I do not work for them anymore. I emailed the hr department about the same and got the letter with relevant information. In 1 of the letters, they just mentioned "Full-time" and not the number of hours. In that case, I will attach my pay slips as it has the hours mentioned. In my email, I also attached a draft of the letter for their understanding and convenience.

So I'll suggest you to email the HR department about the same. Attach a sample letter or a draft for the letter and explain what all information you need. I am pretty sure they will understand and send you the letter.
