Reference letter orginal or Notorized

I am planning to submit my immigration application in the Buffalo office. I have question regarding to the reference letters. Can I send my experience reference letters notarized copies instead of the original letters. I have collected the reference letters from my past employers with great difficulty.

You can send copies. I don't think they need to be notarized for Buffalo. Hopefully there's enough information in the letters that CIC can go back to your employers to verify the information.

It will be good if you send the notarised copies of teh reference letters.

I had absolutely nothing notarized for Buffalo. They accepted it all.
