Is it necessary to have the reference letter of job duties on company letter head ?
I am currently getting in touch with my manager from my previous organisation to write a reference letter for me. But, I am sure he will not write it on company letter because he might not have one. I have Experience and Relieving Letters from them but they do not list the job duties.
Is it ok if he writes it down on an A4 paper and will that be enough to be submitted ?
