Reference letter not signed

Guys need your expert advice ...my reference letter is not signed as it is mentioned "It is a digital copy hence do not need signature "...will tht be accepted

At the end instead of signing he has stated "IT IS A SYSTEM GENERATED DOCUMENT AND DOES NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE".

Will this reference letter be accepted?Also, can you guide me how to overcome the issue as my employer is not ready to provide a physical signature.

Why is your manager unwilling to sign it? He can simply take out his pen and scrawl a signature. You also need his title and contact information - email and phone number.
