reference letter- needed from all employers?

Hi experts,
I could be wrong, but I see in Canada - seems 3 years+ working experiences would be counted. ( pls correct me..thx)

so if I am working for a company more than 4 years now, do I just need to get my current company's letter? Or must I get all references letter from companies I worked?

Will it be helpful if I shows that I worked for many companies in past 10 years+?

They will just verify 3+ years or experience in the relevant NOC, atleast in my case. They have not reviewed the other experience letters .

thanks for the info. So I guess the reference letter should also just prepare for the NOC related experiences, right? As I did have some working experiences that I don't report as the NOC.
so in the EOI, I also skipped them....will that be a problem?
