Reference letter issue

Good day everyone

I have a question regarding my reference letter. Basically I have been working for the same company for more than 4 years and in the reference letter it is stated my duties and responsibilities but it is not stated for how long I have been doing these duties.

The extract from the reference letter is as follows:

He has been employed on a full time basis (40 hours per week) by the Company since 2013.

He joined the company as Position 1 and progressed to the level of Position 2 during the above period.

His main duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Is there an issue if it is not stated exactly since when I have these duties? It is implied that it is since 2013 but CiC may say that there is no evidence that I have 3 years of experience in this specific NoC.

I hope I fully understand case? On your letter does it specific the NOC code and is this your current job? If yes answers both questions and the NOC code was supplied on the letter then the scenario with your employer stating that you have been working since 2013 would suffice.
