Reference letter help

Dear all,

I am having tough time to prepare my reference letter and in particular my roles and responsibilities.

I am sceptical about copy pasting the duties from cic website

My NOC is 2174 and I am a programmer.

Is there any one who have a sample reference letter which has been accepted by the Visa officer so that I can take cues from that letter.
