Reference letter from emloyer pls advise me

I work for a company as an assistant manager for almost 6 years which is on the NOC list. But i left the company 1 year ago ,if I want to get a reference letter i can get it but the problem is my manager has been transfer to another branch where I have not worked at all and he is willing to do the reference letter.And also I the new manager will give me one but i have not worked under his supervision though he knows that I worked there and personally know me. So in that case which reference letter i should get? Can still get from my old manager with the letter head and seal from that branch?the latter i prefer coz he konws every ins and out about me. pls advise me.

You can get it from either your new head of the branch or the previous head, just ensure that the reference is on company letterhead and it is unduly signed and sealed with company seal.
