Reference letter from current company

Hi,

How do you guys prepare refrence letter from your current company HR will only
issue that you are working here and your salary and so and so they will not mention
what you are doing ur job duties and all the detail description ?

so that small letter from HR is enough including your contract letter.

Small answer is NO

FSW is totally dependent on Roles and responsibilities ( Main duties). You need to prove beyond the doubt that your Main duties is what you are claiming and same can be done by Reference letter

If you do not have reference letter then there are other ways to prove your job duties but I am not sure if IO will be convinced or not.

Ok great.

I have two related query. I’m just starting to prepare
my documents so I can apply in right time.

1) I have four year experience as computer instructor which fall
in immigration list. Job contract letter and reference or experience
letter from center director is enough I don’t have any pay slip.

2) I have six years experience as a Software developer
any point for this experience? I will try to submit original experience
letter from my current employer, is it really helpful if you do
it ? but I can't submit my original contract letter because I have only
one that is it ok


3) How much total point I will get for my work experience
21 right ?

adding to my last post here refrence letter or experience letter
mean letter from HR manager mentioning current job duties
duration,salary etc . not any letter from my IT manager right ?
he will never give me any letter untilll i will not leave company.

It is enough. The letter should have your designtaion, main duties, duration of employment and salary mentioned on it

You can submit notarized copy of contract
