reference letter for teachers

Hi everyone,I want to inquire about the reference letter,my reference letter doesn't have any details of benefit,as my college is not giving me any perks other than salary.So is it fine to have a reference letter without benefits?
Also My college has no offical domain or website,so I haven't mentioned the website,this is making me slightly worried,is the college official contact number enough?

This should be fine. Websites are preferable because it allows IRCC to more easily validate the existence of your employer. But, as long as your employer actually exists and there are other ways for IRCC to verify this, hopefully it will all work out...
