I am an IT Consultant in Oracle Applications and Fusion Middleware (Oracle SOA) with 9 years of work experience in India.
I have worked in 4 companies in my past and the first organization where I have worked for almost 3 years are not providing me the reference letter. I have reached to the president of the company but did not get the reference letter.
I have the following documents from the company which includes
a) Appointment Letter
b) Promotion Letter
c) Relieving Letter
d) Experience Letter.
In India, companies are not bound to provide the reference letter. Normally they go out of their way to provide it. Now I went through the document checklist of immigration for Canada and found that they only accept reference letter.
Can anyone suggest something on this.
