Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
hello Seniors,
please help if you know.
as can only get reference letter from supervisor, I would like to know how it should be like:
should it be detailed or general?
long or short?
listed as 1, 2, 3, or in paragraph?
should it be separated into different positions+duties, or just a summary of duties?
Resposibilities should also include?
as am not sure which one they will use to judge, my own statement of Responsibilities and Duties or Reference Letter,
so I hope to get your help.
Thanks

Reference letter shoulb be on company letterhead with the contact details and should be signed by supervisor or HR manager. It should have duration of service, designation, Salary and roles and responsibilities.

In my opinion it should be detailed and have job duties matching the NOC code mentioned point by point (1, 2, 3)
It should be separated into different positions+duties
They will use the reference letter to judge and there is a possibility that they call your employer

Hi ankit_20,
you are true regarding the requirement by CHC.
but my HR can not issue any reference letter, and also told me in EMAIL that Duties and Responsibilities belong to respective department.
However, if reference letter written by supervisor, then it can not write on company letterhead as it's unlikely to get such letterhead paper.
very confuse!

Then contact your respective department for job description. include your HR manager's email with your application as a prove that they are not providing reference letter on company's letter head also write a letter stating your situation. I hope IO understands.

Get an email from your HR stating that they cannot provide the job and duties in company letter head and get a email and letter from your supervisor with your job and duties and duration ....also get ur supervisor business card and combine all these docs and write a cover letter on top of it explaining the details and IO should be able to understand and mostly will accept it.

hello Natali and laxmikanthms,
