Reference letter and Work Contract

Hello,
I have an unusual issue.
I've been working here in Qatar for the last 5 years as a civil engineer, my company brought me here under "Computer Technician Visa" because they were out of Visa for engineers, so the designation in the contract that has been submitted to the ministry of labour is : Computer Technician.
I can get reference letter in company letter head with company stamp and all required details, but I'm worried if they ask for contract, will the designation be an issue ?
