Hello,

We have a specific case...

My wife, main applicant, changed employer 3 months ago and we updated the EE profile with the new job. But now, when we requested a ref letter from the new employer, they refuse to include the roles and responsibilities. We did all reasonable efforts to convince them with no positive results. But, on the positive side, she has an employment contract which clearly states her job duties and responsibilities.

Well, now we have an ITA and are preparing to upload all the required documents for CIC.

Do you think it would be acceptable if we upload the "incomplete" reference letter accompanied with the employment contract and a LOE.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

Thank you all for you thoughts and advice!

You can upload the contract that had the duties and responsibilities and add a LOE why you don't have it in the form of a letter.

If she has already saturated her foreign work experience score of 3 yrs. max with other employers, you don't even need to put it in your EE profile or in your eAPR under the work experience section, you can just mention it under personal section, else you can write a LoE and attach the contract.
