I graduated in Dec and left Canada on Jan 4 yo travel home. I submitted PGWP on Jan 7 vis VPN (within Canada application).
My plan was to reenter with my still valid study permit and TRV, since the official processing time is over 2 months via IRCC website.
My flight back is next week and today I received commutation that my work permit is approved. Permit is being mailed to my Canadian address.
Can I still re enter with my TRV and study permit now? Can I print out the approval letter and explain that I technically haven't received my work permit and the processing time is too fast?
