I want to know if I can agin show Property or it should be liquid money in account.

Mohin is right, cash only, no prpoerty valuation will be considered.

Hi Meena, I suggest dont take risk at this stage. U should send the prrof of liquid funds. Previously u have sent the assesment of ur property, thats why they have asked for the POF again. Now send the proof of liquid funds only.

Yes I know u guys are right and I want to do same.

Actually I dnt have much Cash in my Account to show. I have to show for me, my hubby and my 2 yr old son. I am concern lot.

Also I wud borrow from somebody then they might noe accept it as they want to see 3 months Bank Statement.

Dear Friend,

You are on last stage of you visa approval. Please do not take any mistake to prove that you have enough fund..

Remember the fund you have shown must nor be borrowed from any one.

Better you show money in your account...
it is not necessary to show 3 month old balance, you can deposit now and show the current balance. But the bank account should be atleast 3 month old.

Please go through this thread, read and understand, this candidate is rejected for proof of fund....

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/application-rejected-t38657.0.html;msg258716#msg258716

open this link and do not make this mistake again....

Seniors please help him...

visaexpert....guide her what she have to do? i think she is not telling anyoone or even visa officer that she is borrowing money.......she will show them how she got money....by sale deeds...else what is other way? its better to guide her.....as ur ID mentioning VISAEXPERT.........

Canada embassy got many files to work, they will not ask from where you arrange money. Just deposit money in you account and show them.

Do not write them that you have sell you car, home, property until they ask from where you bring money....

They are not interested from where you earn money...

But they think, if the money is in the bank account of principal applicant, it is genuine and not borrowed....

No body can track anyone who borrow money or not.
They will not come to ask your bank manager/ father/mother or relatives from you manage this amount of money....

I AGREE...................

Read the below link for POF,

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp

Although we hear people saying that we require 3 months or 6 months bank statements for POF, this is no where mentioned in the requirement, all it says is that you need to show the required amount in one of the forms mentioned, therefore I would suggest just borrow the money put it in your account, after a couple of days take a statement from bank just to mention only the balance available to date and send that to CIC. Should work.

Visaexpert is right. But the bank account should not be a new one.
