You need to search on Canadian job sites, get job offer, and have the employer pay $1k and file for LMIA proving no Canadian can do the job. Then with LMIA you apply for a closed work permit. Few employers go through the process as it is long. Best path is to immigrate through Express Entry based on your education, language skills, work experience, and age.
