I applied through https://gcmsapply.com , I received GCMS notes from IRCC in 37 days and CBSA in 43 days. They are really fast in submitting my application, I received acknowledgement from IRCC in 2 hours of my application. Paid Rs. 500 each for application (two reports, one from IRCC and other from CBSA) since I was not sure which was faster in processing our request.
