Recommended TCF/TEF Test Prep

I am planning to give the TCF or TEF by April next year. I only know basic French and can barely hold a conversation. Which one should I go for, TCF or TEF? Does anyone know any reliable test prep material for either exam? Any thoughts or shared experiences will be much appreciated! I'm mostly doing this for immigration purposes

I cant stress enough how helpful DeepLingo.ca was for me in terms of really getting a feel for how the exam operates. I used so many of their TCF mock exams, and the feedback I got on expression ecrite and expression orale is unlike what I've got using chatgpt or gemini.
